- Beautiful & spacious property! The pictures do not do it justice, 10x more amazing in person. Most incredible views of the sunset out by the pool, the balcony, anywhere on the property lol. Perfect location for nature lovers as it is in the jungle with lots of privacy and yet still 20 minutes away from the beach & the next town over with grocery, restaurants and bars. If you are renting a vehicle I highly recommend a 4×4 vehicle because the drive up to the house (and most other places in Costa Rica) are up dirt roads and mountains. Esteban & Oscar were more than accommodating and quick to respond to every question/request we had. We had the most breathtaking stay for 7 days and would do it all over again! - Stasia, R.

- This is a super beautiful house secluded in a mountain but still close to town. 4X4 is REQUIRED to reach, as the road is a dirt road that gets pretty rough especially when it’s been rainy. This house is in a gated community which has guards working the gates and several guard houses 24/7. The guys who work there are very respectful and friendly. There are grounds people and landscapers who you will see around the house doing work. That being said the house does have a private feel, especially in the pool area. The ceilings are high and the design is open concept. Sound does not travel in this house so don’t try to yell across the house to someone who is downstairs, outside or even in the other room - they won’t hear you and that is a good thing. The view here is beautiful and the house is very luxurious. There is hot water and it works well. - Jackie, F.

- This place was amazing, great views, tons of wildlife, we listened to howler monkeys in the mornings, watched Tuscans fly in and sing every day, over 50 different species of birds. The best house we have ever stayed in - The house turned out to be even better than we expected. It has absolutely everything you may need with a gorgeous view and conveniently close to all the shops and restaurants. Oscar, the property manager, was amazing, taking care of us every step of the way. He responded literally within minutes to every inquiry. Best stay ever. - Tanya, S.

Paradise! - My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Villa Roselare in Dominicalito. Absolutely beautiful property with an abundance of wildlife and epic views. Our concierge, Oscar, was wonderful. He helped with all our needs and was able to accommodate us when our other reservation was not. Very easy to communicate with and so friendly. - This place is incredible! Very romantic. Super private. The view is outstanding from the infinity (Website hidden by Airbnb) like a dream scape. The kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking utensils, no food stuffs..oil etc. so pick all that up in town Or before you arrive. It is larger then it appears in the photos, which is not the norm for Air BnB in our experience. The place was spotless and Oscar the concierge is there to help you with anything you need. - This spot is incredible. Beautiful view of the coast from almost everywhere in the house, many great spots to read or lounge, nice open kitchen for cooking and hanging out. Fast WiFi and good AC, and we had so many wildlife visits. Capuchin monkeys, iguanas, Toucans, Hawks, Agouti, and other animals I have never seen. Was like a wildlife preserve on top of a great house. Loved it. Very private and secure, and the hosts were super helpful and attentive. Couldn’t recommend this place more for staying in Dominical, which is such a fun town! - Brendan J.

- This was our second time in Costa Rica and we absolutely loved our stay here. The location is amazing, beautiful ocean view yet still close enough to pop into Dominical or Uvita to enjoy the restaurants and beaches. Also, sometimes driving to these types of places can be treacherous but this was manageable and felt very safe. The master bathroom and bedroom are gorgeous, and the two smaller bedrooms are still super spacious and lovely to stay in. We loved having access to Ivan the concierge to meet us for check-in, drive us to the space, and to assist with booking any tours or features we wanted. Do not think twice, this is an amazing place to stay. - Natasha W.

Breathtaking - This property was perfect for our holiday stay, so much so that it felt like home. Ivan was great and very quick to address any questions. We did lose water one day, but it was fixed almost immediately and the WiFi was stable. We saw plenty of toucans, iguanas and other wildlife, sadly, no sloth, and the howler monkeys were quite vocal in the mornings. This only added to the charm. The proximity to town made it quite easy to get around for all our tours and needs, though you definitely need a 4x4 vehicle. We definitely wish to come back and stay longer! - Jaime L.

Wonderful Trip - Oscar was a fantastic concierge before and during our stay. The surfing and ziplining excursions he scheduled for us were perfect and he was very patient in answering my many questions prior to booking. The house was absolutely gorgeous! We finished every day swimming in the pool and watching the sunset. We had toucans visit the trees each afternoon and woke up to the howler monkeys each morning. The location was perfect too. We were so close to Dominical where there were many restaurants and a great cafe we visited often. We loved Hermosa Beach which was very quiet and beautiful and also very close to the house. We were a short drive to the Nauyaca Waterfalls and the Alturas Sanctuary both of which we would highly recommend. We had a wonderful trip and would definitely recommend this house! - Amy P.

Amazing property a must stay! - What an amazing property. The website does not do the property justice. The property is absolutely stunning and the view of the ocean was amazing. The lush canopy was amazing with birds and listening to the howler monkeys was a wonderful experience. The pool was very refreshing and relaxing looking over the canopy and ocean . The sunsets from the property were amazing. The house was very warm and inviting and very spacious lots of room for everyone. Oscar was amazing making arrangements for our adventures and setting up massages at the property which was heavenly. He took very good care of us making sure we had everything we needed. He made our stay a memorable one ! He was very knowledgeable of the area of restaurants and other activities that maybe of interest in our next visit. We will definitely be back! You have a very beautiful home. To us it seemed very remote and very private and blissful! The property has everything you you need. Breathtaking! Private! Amazing! - We are experienced VRBO-stayers and we cannot say enough great things about this rental. Huge! Spacious! Private! Breathtaking views! Well stocked from the mountains of towels to pillows, blankets, kitchen and bathroom accessories and everything in between! Quiet (save for the wonderful wildlife)! Safe (round the clock security)! Oscar, our concierge, was super helpful, very respectful and polite, and wonderfully knowledgeable— he kept us informed and updated and made us feel welcome and like appreciated gueats— five star treatment from the moment of booking until well after checkout!! Loved the house and the town - Villa Roselare was a wonder destination for our family vacation. Dominical was an excellent little town with great food and a laid back vibe. There were surfers and backpackers along with families. Its proximity to Uvita and Quepos make it super convenient for excursions. The folks around town are just as you would hope, friendly and happy. The house is a few minutes south of Dominical and up a fairly steep grade. There was always a friendly security guard at the gate. You meander along a winding road in the middle of the jungle with houses sitting off to the sides here and there. Even with the houses, there is a tremendous amount of privacy. The house presents very well and the views are beautiful. I took the same camera shot from the pool deck a million times because it always looked different depending on the time of day and the placement of the rain clouds. There were toucans, monkeys and sloths. One sloth stayed in a tree near the kitchen patio off and on for days. I was not sure about the concierge service and how it worked. It appears the cost is completely built into the rental. Oscar met us upon arrival around midnight. He made sure we got in and toured the house, informing us along the way about the features. He arranged a car and several excursions like zip lining and snorkeling at Isla del Cano. He was extremely helpful. So what are the negatives? The towels and bed sheets need to be upgraded and the quantity increased. That is really about it but comfortable sheets and good towels are important. The wifi is not very fast and a little spotty. We had a shower head that stopped working. Oscar had it fixed same day. Really it is hard to be negative. It was an overall great experience and a wonderful place to stay for almost two weeks. We did not want to leave. Pura vida! - John S
