I have known Esteban Ulloa for over ten years now. Esteban was the assistant manager at the apartments my wife and I rented for several years in Dominical, Costa Rica. At the time, we were designing and building a house in Costa Rica. Esteban always provided the best customer service with a smile and excellent English. He made our first entry into Costa Rica very positive and easy.
We were very hesitant in our decision to purchase a vacation property in a foreign country. However, the lure of Costa Rica kept pulling us back until we finally made the decision to go forward.
